- Participates in the process of negotiating contractual conditions with KA customers;
- Establishes the plan for the development of sales activities by product range, formulates the appropriate sales methods and techniques for these stores;
- Elaborates, estimates, forecasts of sales volume in order to optimise collaboration with KA customers;
- Monitors costs and profitability of sales acts in the assigned KA customers;
- Monitors the execution of contracts with assigned KA customers (orders, payments, promotions, contingencies, etc.) and carries out the contract;
- If the contract is not respected by one of the KA customers, proposes corrective measures
- Proposes payment terms, credit ceilings, discounts, promotional actions or other actions that could lead to the development of a higher turnover or increased profitability;
- Organises, supervises and evaluates the implementation of promotional or other actions dedicated to KA customers in assigned stores;
- Monitors on a weekly or monthly basis: stock situation, customer situation, sales situation, cash receipts situation, etc. for assigned customers;
- Plans and budgets, proposes product promotion activities in the assigned KA stores.
- Master's degree
- Minimum 3 years of IKA sales experience in a large company or a multinational consumer products company;
- Knowledge of an international language - English at an advanced level
- Excellent competences of Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good analytical skills and good knowledge of P&L management
- Very good project management skills
- High volume of theoretical and practical knowledge
